Griffin & Cavazos, LLP was originally founded under the firm name James T. Davis, CPA in 1977. Since that time the firm, formerly known as Davis, Griffin LLP, has recently become Griffin & Cavazos, LLP and provides professional accounting services from its office in Longview, Texas.
Bryant Cavazos, C.P.A., Partner
Bryant joined the firm in 2010 after working at a public accounting firm in Tyler, TX for two years. Bryant is a graduate from the University of Texas at Tyler. He was named a partner of the firm in 2019.
Keith H. Griffin, C.P.A., Partner
Keith is the managing partner of Griffin & Cavazos, LLP and has been engaged in the practice of public accounting for over 41 years. Keith is a graduate of New Mexico State University and practiced public accounting in Dallas, TX prior to joining the firm in 1986. Keith was made a partner in 1989.
Savannah R. Shaw, staff accountant
Savannah joined the firm in 2020. She is a graduate from the University of Arkansas where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She also has her Master's in Business Administration from the University of North Texas at Dallas.
The professional staff are all members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and members of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to pursuing excellence through membership in these professional organizations, the partners and staff members are active in the community.
